Guidry was hired to Implement and conduct "Hostage Awareness &Survival" training for our client's employees to help remove any potential liability issues in the event of an undesirable incident.
We used a unique curriculum developed by Mr. Guidry that we call 'Practical Best Practices' awareness which includes both corporate, as well as family elements. We ensure that the 'students' leave the sessions learning both academically, and then through scenario and role play interactive activities to aid memory retention.

Guidry was engaged to implement a significant upgrade to the physical security systems across multiple locations within the United States.
In addition to reviewing the existing system, designing and implementing the necessary upgrades and re-training all security personnel on the new functionality, Guidry was also retained to provide monthly penetration tests, security drills for extreme situations as well as provide input into systems for safeguarding and protecting corporate intellectual property.

Despite the client having already engaged the services of a larger security group, the lack of progress in the safe retrieval of the child resulted in their choosing to bring Guidry in to replace the previous negotiator. Though a 'boutique' style organization, we were able to safely retrieve the child and identify the kidnapper resulting in a closed case for the local authorities within a matter of days.
